Infect damage is 15
Put on a clock - A player can be put on the clock if the rest of the table believes they are taking too long to play their turn. A 5 minute timer starts once they are put on the clock. When that 5 minutes ends, the current player's turn ends.
At the end of each league period, players will be polled to see if any points need to be adjusted or if items need to be added/removed.
House rules will be evaluated after each league and changed as need/requested by the majority of the league players.
All players of a League pod MUST be league members and play as if they were trying to gain points, even if they have already played their two pods. Any league member playing in a league pod and plays in a way that is detrimental to the spirit of the league may be asked to not play in the league anymore. If this happens and their league fees were paid, they will be returned to the player.
Proxies are allowed, but we ask that you keep it to a minimum. Proxies are cards that are not originaly MTG cards and are used for play testing, space filling while waiting for cards to come in or to represent cards you own without having to switch them between multiple decks. Owning, ordering, or expected ordering are the use cases for the proxies.
Precon bonus doesn't apply if you win with an infinite combo prior to turn 8.
Playing in a manor that is not in the spirit of the League Premise can be grounds for removal from the league. The specific actions or play style that is in contrary to the League Premise will be explained one time. If the issue persists, you will be removed from the league with NO REFUND of league fees.
The normal Commander ban list is still in effect and cards from the Official Ban list cannot be used.
At the end of each League period, players will be asked to nominate cards for banning/ban removal to/from the League Ban list.
Once a card has been approved for adding to the League ban list, it can still be used in a deck, but will incur negative points for playing it or having it enter the battlefield in a league game.
When cards are approved for removal from the League ban list, they can be played without getting negative points in the next league period.
The following cards can be used in the league pods, but will incur negative points for playing them.
Stasis
Winter Orb
Winter Moon
Thassa's Oracle
Stella Lee, Wild Card
Ashen Ryder
Deadeye Navigator

Forget this - Scooping without the need to leave or agreement from all opponents. Specifically meant to prevent people from getting mad and scooping or taking an irreversible action, then scooping. We strongly encourage everyone to agree to let someone scope if they must leave for a reason out of their control, but a consensus isn’t required if a need arises that requires you to leave the store and not return during the league play (time/emergency/work/etc).
